Leather belt with frame brass buckle “SKOB”.
The buckle depicts an emblem of the youth organization Plast - National Scout Organization of Ukraine, which has the form of a golden coat of arms of the Grand Prince of Kyiv Volodymyr and white tri-petal lily flower, artistically woven into one harmonious symbol.
Ukrainian Plast was founded during great social and political upheavals in Europe. Since the very beginning, it appeared to fulfill specific national aims, unlike other Scout organizations.
Plastuns (Ukrainian scouts) always actively participated in liberation movements and wars for Ukrainian independence and strived for Ukraine's prosperity.
NSOU Plast (https://www.plast.org.ua/) is one of the most well-known organizations that promotes comprehensive, patriotic education and self-education of Ukrainian youth on the principles of Christian morality. It has branches far beyond Ukraine: in the USA, Canada, and Argentina.
Belt buckle made form brass, by casting. After manual processing tool covered with patina.
The buckle is attached to a leather belt mount, which is connected to a belt with a screw, which makes it easy to shorten the belt.
