Greetings. With this page of the site, we will refute the rumors that we only make leather belts and buckles. Here you will find products made of various non-ferrous metals: brass, bronze, copper and other alloys. We also use other natural materials in our work: leather, glass, wood.

We have chosen the manufacture of brass products as the main direction of our work. Custom-made brass products are one of the directions of our work. Special national design

The basis of each product is design. This is the favorite part of the work. Each of us is a little bit of an artist at heart. The design of any product in the store is a fusion of national motifs and the author's vision of our artists and designers. Creative ideas of the entire company are digitized by artists, finalized by designers, corrected by technologists and evaluated by customers. Only in the customer do we see the main and final evaluator of the work. Before casting anything, the technologist prepares a matrix (a model of the future product). For each specific case, the matrix is ​​molded from clay or plasticine, cut from plastic, printed from polymer. After the matrix is ​​ready, the master prepares a mold for casting. Casting in earthen molds ("casting in the ground") is a method that has been used for millennia and has not lost its importance to this day. Using this casting technology, a casting mold (sand and clay) is made from the model, which is the finished product, into which molten brass, an alloy of copper and zinc, is poured. When the buckle is removed, it collapses and for each subsequent casting, the mold is made again, so each mold is used only once, which makes each subsequent product different from the previous ones.

For small products or for buckles with greater detail, we use the technology of casting from wax models, which jewelers still use to this day. When the casting is removed from the mold, it is processed: casting residues are removed, turning or milling work is carried out, soldering, grinding, polishing. A separate stage of work is considered to be covering the product with patina or blackening the material, which emphasizes the necessary artistic details of the product. Our principle position remains that, apart from natural materials, we do not use anything that changes their structure or distorts it. Therefore, the product that you receive when you purchase will remain in the same form for years. We do not cover the products with anything, respectively, nothing will crack, peel off or fall off.

Although most of the products are cast from brass, we make some of them using various metal processing: turning or milling, but all this is done by hand. This is a distinctive feature of our products, that is, everything we do is "hand made". We are proud of this inscription on the products: "Made by Klyamra, made in Ukraine". We pay no less attention to the packaging of the products. It goes through the same stages of preparation as the product itself: design development, detailed processing, production of a model and replication.
