Leather belt with handmade german silver buckle “Zgarda”.
The central element in this buckle is a classical Hutsul talisman - zgarda.
Zgarda - a pre-Christian amulet in the form of a specific form of crosses, which are similar to Christian, called Teutonic or Maltese crosses.
Buckles cast in german silver (an alloy of copper, nickel, and zinc). After casting, each buckle processed manually. After processing the buckle, cover by patina and polishing one more time.
The belt is made of genuine calf leather.
